You may have enjoyed the New York Times headline “Ex-Congressman Describes Tickle Fights With Aides” too much to observe that a word that begins with D is never used to describe Massa. He is referred to as

“Former Representative Eric J. Massa of New York, who resigned from Congress amid allegations of sexual misconduct” […]
 
 
“Mr. Massa, who represents the 29th District in upstate New York”[…]
“Mr. Massa, a freshman member of Congress” […]

In six terms representing a wealthy swath of southern Florida, Representative Mark Foley, a Republican, became well known for his ardent efforts to safeguard the young and vulnerable, leading the House caucus on missing and exploited children and championing laws against sexual predators.
