SALUDA, Va. (AP) — Federal authorities say seven people have been charged in an alleged synthetic marijuana conspiracy in Middlesex County.

Three of the defendants also are charged with maintaining drug-involved premise for the Slipknots Trading & Tobacco stores in Topping and Tappahannock.
