House Democrats Wednesday quickly denounced a scheduled vote on legislation to repeal and replace Obamacare, predicting that Republicans on Thursday “are going to tatoo this moral monstrosity to their foreheads.”

Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said Republicans are rushing to pass the legislation without determining how new changes to the bill would affect the cost by waiting for a price tag from the Congressional Budget Office.
