Anthony Scaramucci tears into Page Six after Donald Trump Jr. divorce report

Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci repeatedly tore into Page Six reporters on Twitter after the celebrity news and gossip site was the first to report Thursday that Vanessa Trump was filing for divorce from Donald Trump Jr.

“Emily likes hurting ppl, she enjoys . @DeidreScaramuc2 and I wish Don and Vanessa the best; hope they can work it out,” he said in one tweet, referring to Page Six reporter Emily Smith. “.@PageSixEmily @OriginalFresca enjoy family break ups and children having to be raised separately and Co-parented. It must be miserable,” he said in another, tagging another Page Six reporter, Francesca Bacardi.

He also tweeted out low-quality cropped photos of their Twitter profile pictures, slinging such insults as “vicious lowlife animal” and “ugliest person.”

Scaramucci’s rant coincided also with a separate report from the outlet Thursday, attributed to the “Page Six team,” which said he is “angry” because they learned he “only got a $150,000 deal for his book about the president” and because he was spotted having a “serious” conversation with Fox News’ Kimberly Guilfoyle.

Page Six was the first to report that Scaramucci’s wife, Deidre Ball, had filed for divorce during his brief tenure as communications director last summer. Afterwards, he tweeted out a stern warning: “Family does not need to be drawn into this. Soon we will learn who in the media has class and who doesn’t. No further comments on this.”

Scaramucci and his wife has since reconciled, but Page Six noted Thursday that the news about his talk with Guilfoyle would be upsetting to him because the outlet reported last October that he was attempting to woo her.
