Corey Lewandowski is a thug and a jerk. A married man, he reportedly had an affair with a fellow Trump campaign staffer, one whom he allegedly treated like garbage afterward. He found himself ousted from the campaign entirely after he forcefully seized a female reporter, resulting in a simple battery charge. Lewandowski fell under the scrutiny of special counsel Robert Mueller, who ultimately declined to prosecute him or any other Trump campaigner with obstruction of justice.
Naturally, House Democrats subpoenaed this clown for their first testimony of their de facto impeachment proceedings against President Trump. The results were just what you’d expect.
Barely an hour into the House Judiciary Committee’s questioning of Lewandowski, the Left is very mad online. Why? Because a dumb, sycophantic jerk is behaving like the dumb, sycophantic jerk they should have expected when they demanded he come and testify.

Nothing prevented Lewandowski from reviewing his testimony in advance of this hearing, knowing it would come up. This is just more obstruction. The takeaway is that Trump doesn’t want you to hear the truth.

No offense, but what the hell did you expect? This is just like when House Democrats demanded that Mueller speak when he adamantly didn’t want to testify. Except this time, instead of bringing in someone who was reluctant and had nothing to say that would benefit their cause, they brought in the bloviating embodiment of white, male mediocrity who’s currently trying to curry favor with Trump for a Senate run in New Hampshire. If you were dumb enough to believe that this would be anything less than Lewandowski’s shameless show for Trump, you deserve to be publicly humiliated by his completely unsurprising behavior.
House Democrats are still relitigating 2016, and at this rate, they’ll still be doing so in 2040. Even then, they still will not have learned not to invite Trump trolls to beat you at your own game.
