The exhibit appears to be a handwritten note Huguely wrote to Love. The jury didn’t clarify its earlier note on seemingly contradictory jury instructions.
UPDATED 3:20 p.m.: The jury sent a second note, saying one part of the jury instructions contradicts another part. The judge asked them for further clarification.
