WOODSTOCK, Ill. (AP) — A suburban Chicago man was sentenced to 15 years in prison after he admitted he threw a Molotov cocktail inside a crowded grocery store in 2011.
Fabian Torres pleaded guilty but mentally ill to attempted aggravated arson and received the maximum sentence as part of a deal with prosecutors. He was sentenced Thursday in McHenry County.
