I Color Myself Different: Kaepernick releases children’s book on race

Former NFL quarterback and activist Colin Kaepernick is set to release a children’s book discussing race on Monday.

The picture book is purportedly a “true story of young Colin’s journey of self-discovery that will inspire all young readers to be true to themselves and embrace who they are … and how they can make their world a better, more equitable place,” according to its website.

It has already arrived at the homes of various journalists and influencers for promotion, according to a video posted to social media. Users across social media have shared their thoughts already.
