A House Democrat condemned her colleague Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib for booing Hillary Clinton at an event for Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.

“These are my colleagues, I greatly respect the work that they do. I’m really disappointed with what I believe the divisiveness is in this country, across multiple platforms. I hate to see something like that, that’s going on within our own party. I find it to be disrespectful,” Iowa Rep. Cindy Axne, 54, told CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday.

Tlaib, 43, joined House Democratic colleagues Reps. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Pramila Jayapal of Washington onstage at a Sanders rally in Iowa on Friday as the Vermont senator was stuck in Washington, D.C., for President Trump’s impeachment trial. She participated in booing along with the crowd when Clinton’s name was mentioned. Clinton has been critical of her 2016 Democratic primary opponent, recently saying, “Nobody likes him.”

“You all know I can’t be quiet. No, we’re gonna boo,” Tlaib said. “That’s all right. The haters will shut up on Monday when we win.”

On Saturday, she expressed regret for booing.

“I allowed my disappointment with Secretary Clinton’s latest comments about Senator Sanders and his supporters get the best of me. You all, my sisters-in-service on stage, and our movement deserve better,” she tweeted.
