Jennifer Aniston is fed up with people prying into her private life. And the bubbly “Friends” star is starting to sound downright, well, unfriendly about it.
“I am honestly getting sick of it, and I feel like telling people, ‘You know what? It’s none of your [expletive] business,’” Jen complains to USA Today in a joint interview with her “Marley and Me” co-star, Owen Wilson.
“Seriously, it’s enough,” the actress adds. “It’s like we’re appealing to the lowest …”
“… the worst in human nature,” concludes Owen, no stranger to tabloid invasiveness himself. (Hey, they’re finishing each other’s sentences — let’s start a rumor they’re a couple!)
But Jennifer is hopeful that her role in the upcoming “Marley” will bring attention back to her work, noting, “I also haven’t had a movie in a long time, so hopefully this is going to create something else to talk about and realize that I have a job, and I’m an actress.”
You know what would also help, Jen? Maybe if you didn’t talk about Brangelina in every interview you did to promote this movie.
Blake: “Two-Faced”
Just one week after declaring to the U.K.’s News of the World that he didn’t want a dime of wife Amy Winehouse’s money, Blake Fielder-Civil is trying to shake her down, the paper reports. With the “Rehab” singer reportedly readying to divorce him, Blake is demanding upwards of a million bucks or he’ll write a scandalous tell-all, the paper claims.
“Blake has asked Amy’s manager for £1 million to walk away from their marriage and not write a tell-all book about it,” a friend of Amy tells the paper. “He’s so two-faced. He just wants a payoff. Money’s his driving force.”
Let’s hope Amy’s lawyers call Blake’s bluff. First off, after telling the world he and Amy were hooked on crack and kinky sex, there’s not much “all” left to tell. Secondly, we find it hard to believe that Blake could string together a coherent sentence, much less an entire book.
Will Finds a Way
Who would’ve thought Big Willie himself gets nervous when filming love scenes? Yep, silver-screen heartthrob Will Smith says he’s hesitant during onscreen clinches — because he doesn’t want his co-stars to think he’s anything but a gentleman.
“My worst nightmare is for an actress to … feel like I’m taking this opportunity to get a little quickie feel — you know, some legal cheating going on!” the actor confessed to reporters at a press conference promoting his new film, “Seven Pounds.”
“I just don’t want to feel like I’m that dude,” he explained.
Ironically, it was wife Jada who insisted he give his all to a “Seven Pounds” love scene with hottie Rosario Dawson.
“Jada said, ‘Listen, I know you’re uncomfortable, but you better not embarrass me,’” the former Fresh Prince recalled, according to People. “She said, ‘When you do that love scene, you better show ’em what you’re working with!’”
OK, Will and Jada, we get it. You’re superstars, you’re secure in your marriage, and you keep things hot in the bedroom. Please stop rubbing it in.
Lindsay: No Breakup
Pity poor Lindsay Lohan. First the paparazzi wouldn’t stop asking her whether she and Samantha Ronson are a couple. But as soon as she (obliquely) confirmed she’s dating the DJ, those same paps started demanding to know whether they’ve broken up.
“Today I was out with my friend Jamie and paparazzi wouldn’t stop asking me where Samantha was,” LiLo fumes on — where else? — MySpace, her online soapbox of choice.
“And I’m not writing this blog because I feel like I need to prove that I’m with my girl to anyone at all,” Lindsay adds. “It’s just annoying.”
“They should just stop asking altogether, once and for all, if she and I are broken up,” the “Mean Girls” star concludes.
Hmm. But notice she didn’t specifically say they weren’t.
