Ryan Wilson: Some things are becoming obvious

After two weeks, there are some things that have become pretty obvious in the NFL.

First, whoever the Texans are playing should rack up plenty of yardage. In week one, Donovan McNabb threw for more than 300 yards; in week two, Peyton Manning went for 400. This week, the Texans welcome Mark Brunell and the Redskins to town. This may be the week to take a chance and start Brunell.

The Miami Dolphins have been very disappointing in their first two games. Daunte Culpepper has started this season similarly to 2005. But don?t give up on him and the Dolphins just yet. This week, they welcome the winless Titans to town, which might be just what the doctor ordered to turn Culpepper and the Dolphins around.

The Indianapolis Colts are a passing team, in case anyone didn?t know. In two games, Peyton Manning has dropped back 79 times. If you have him and any of his receivers, keep them in your starting lineup or put together an attractive trade package to acquire them.

The Atlanta Falcons have an absolutely dominating running game. So far, they have rushed for 558 yards ? high school-type numbers. This week, they head to New Orleans to face the Saints. If you have Marcus Vick and Warrick Dunn, keep them in your starting lineup. They?ll continue to post excellent fantasy numbers.

Here?s my fantasy advice for week three:

Give them the ball

Joe Horn: His game is in prime time and the home opener for the Saints. Expect Horn and his teammates to come out fired up to produce a win. Horn will be good for 100 yards and at least one score.

Santana Moss: Until the Texans prove otherwise, I would start any receiver that is playing against them. Moss should cross the goal line for the first time this season.

Torry Holt: Holt has not had a great game this season, but that should change when the Rams visit the Cardinals this weekend. Look for Holt to go over 100 yards receiving with at least one score.

Ronnie Brown: Ronnie Brown should have a good game as the Dolphins use the run to set up the pass for Culpepper.

Show them the pine

Chester Taylor: It has been a good start for Taylor, but now he faces the Bears. Reserve Taylor this week because of Chicago?s defense.

Rudi Johnson: The Steelers? defense thrives off the home crowd. Johnson will not have the week he had against the Browns.

Reuben Droughns: The Ravens? defense is the polar opposite of the Texans?. If your player is going against them as Droughns is, bench him.

Joey Galloway: He had a great week two, but with Panthers and their blitz coming to town, he won?t have a great game this weekend.

Good luck in week three … and keep in mind, I?m only an accountant.
