Tim Kaine heckled in Las Vegas by ‘Bill Clinton is a rapist’ protester

Democratic vice presidential candidate Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., was interrupted at a campaign rally in Las Vegas, Nevada, Thursday evening by a protester shouting, “Bill Clinton is rapist!”

The demonstrator, a white male, wore a shirt featuring a likeness of the former president with the word “RAPE” printed across the front.

“Bill Clinton is a rapist!” the man shouted repeatedly as he showed off his shirt to news cameras and Kaine’s traveling press corps.

Kaine appeared to be genuinely confused by the entire ordeal. Rally attendees, many of whom had waited patiently for the Virginia senator’s speech, soon shouted down the protester. The unidentified male was then escorted out of the venue by event staff.

Prior to interrupting Kaine’s address, the anti-Clinton protester promoted the popular conspiracy theory website Infowars.com.

This is the second time this week that a demonstrator has disrupted a Clinton campaign event by accusing America’s 42nd president of being a sexual predator.

The former president himself was heckled this week in Canton, Ohio, by a woman holding a sign reading, “Bill Clinton is a rapist.”

The woman shouted during his address Wednesday afternoon, “Bill Clinton has harmed women!”

“He has raped women!” she continued. “Bill Clinton is a rapist!”

She was also shouted down by event attendees and escorted from the venue. In response to the demonstration, Clinton told the crowd, “Don’t worry about that.”

“I’ll tell you one thing: I love it when people come to my rallies,” he said. “And it’s a dead giveaway when they don’t want to have a conversation because they know they will lose the conversation.”

Bill Clinton has admitted in the past to engaging in extramarital affairs with multiple women, including former White House intern Monica Lewinsky and former model Gennifer Flowers.

He has also been accused of sexually assaulting more than one woman.
