Prince George’s school board member Nathaniel Thomas turned himself in to authorities Tuesday afternoon on sex charges after failing to surrender Monday.

“He had offered to turn himself in,” Prince George’s States Attorney Glenn Ivey said Tuesday. “It was supposed to be yesterday and it should have been yesterday.”
