An unidentified bagpiper played at a Wisconsin 9/11 memorial service on the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks Saturday.
Greenfield Fire-Rescue captured the scene on video Saturday, posting the performance on Facebook.

“This is so cool. This morning an unknown bagpiper played at our 9/11 memorial. Thank you. #NeverForget,” the Greenfield Fire-Rescue wrote in the post.
Fire-Rescue from Greenfield, a suburb of Milwaukee, posted a picture of their 9/11 memorial on Sept. 10, featuring American flags in the grass representing fallen 9/11 first responders. They invited community members to join them in a moment of silence to honor those who died.

“Pictured is our field of flags remembering the Firefighters, Paramedics, Police Officers and civilians killed on 9/11. The tribute will be up all weekend. #NeverForget,” the post read. “Pending emergency calls, our Firefighter/Paramedics will have a moment of silence, salute outside each of our fire stations at the flag pole at the the (sic) times below on Saturday. September 11. Public is welcome to join us.”
President Joe Biden attended a ceremony with victims’ family members and first responders at the Sept. 11 memorial plaza in New York, along with former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. The president also attended a wreath-laying ceremony at the Pentagon the same day.
