Who: Tareq Salahi What: Salahi, who has promised to run for Virginia governor, accused state Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli of suing his wine business for alleged Consumer Protection Act violations in order “to grandstand” for his own expected gubernatorial run.

Why it’s dim: Speaking of grandstanding, Salahi is famous for crashing a White House party and participating in a reality television show.
