A Fox News host is predicting that a new Clinton presidency will lead to a ban on SUVs, a national gun grab and raid at the NRA, the raising of the United Nation’s flag over the White House and even a new Bill Clinton intern scandal.
In his book “Wake Up America,” Fox celeb Eric Bolling writes, “Radical leftist attitudes have taken hold across many different facets of our culture, with the goal of forcing America steadily toward European style socialism. This book aims to wake us up to that threat.”
His book is a long list of the changes he fears Clinton will introduce as president, and those pushed by Democrats he expects her to build on. “The America we live in does not resemble the America I grew up in,” writes the co-host of Fox’s “The Five,” and the host the weekend show “Cashin In.”
GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump, who has made similar warnings, endorsed the book, writing, “Wake Up America is a HUGE book. It will help to Make America Great Again.”
In the book published by St. Martin’s Press and out Tuesday and already an Amazon best seller, Bolling offers many predictions in the introduction written as if a story about the first months of a Hillary Clinton presidency. Among them:
— A new Bill Clinton intern scandal. “All he can think about, of course, is getting back into the White House, his old stomping grounds. He tries to remember if the interns start arriving on Day One. He hopes so. The sooner the better,” writes Bolling.
— Al Gore will be Secretary of Energy and will ban SUVs.
— Al Sharpton will be Secretary of Education and give daily speeches.
— Bernie Sanders will be put in charge of tackling “income inequality.”
— Corporations will be forced to pay for their “evil.”
— Free speech will be banned on college campuses.
— Government will take control of the media, in part because he sees most media as already in the tank for the Clintons. The Federal Communications Commission will create a single media.
— The National Rifle Association will be raided, and all guns in America confiscated under a presidential order that the U.S. is in “crisis.”
— The United Nations flag will be put next to the U.S. flag, and the “Pledge of Allegiance” will be scrapped as children will be taught they are “citizens of the world.”
Writes Bolling, “These aren’t concrete predictions. Instead, let’s think of them as hypotheticals. The specifics of the scenario don’t even matter that much. It doesn’t matter whether the president of the United States is Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders or Joe Biden or Mickey Mouse — as long as it’s someone who pushes a progressive, radical leftist ideology, we are in danger.”
