Prosecutors for deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have demanded hedge fund billionaire Glenn Dubin turn over all communications his three children may have had with Epstein.
According to Fox News, the latest subpoena by U.S. Virgin Islands prosecutors is requesting from Dubin “all documents and communications related to any of your three children, Maye, Celina or Jordan, which also relate in any way to Jeffrey Epstein or any Epstein entity.”
In addition to the communications, the subpoena asks for all financial records between Dubin and Epstein, as well as “all documents and communications with a Swedish female traveling with or employed by” Epstein. The attorney general of the U.S. Virgin Islands has issued subpoenas to a number of Epstein associates in his probe of Epstein’s alleged racketeering.
Epstein, 66, a registered sex offender and wealthy financier, was arrested last July on federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges for allegedly abusing girls as young as 14. He was found dead in his Manhattan prison cell in August, which the New York City medical examiner determined to be a suicide.
Prior to his death, court papers had shown that a 15-year-old Swedish girl was held against her will at Epstein’s private residence in the Virgin Islands. Before his conviction, Epstein declared plans to marry Dubin’s daughter Celina, whom sources say he developed “an especially close relationship” with since she was 12 and continued into adulthood.
There is no evidence that Epstein had a romantic relationship with now 25-year-old Celina, who he may have tried to marry for financial incentives.
Dubin himself is married to Epstein’s former beauty queen girlfriend, Eva Andersson Dubin, who dated Epstein for 11 years. The Dubins have denied having any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes.
