SEATTLE (AP) — The National Park Service has brought in additional rangers to Mount Rainier National Park to help recover the body of a ranger who fell to his death during a rescue operation Thursday near the summit.

A spokeswoman says three rangers from Denali National Park in Alaska are relieving rangers Monday at Camp Schurman, at about the 9,500-foot-level, where they have been waiting for a chance to retrieve the body of Nick Hall. Two rangers from parks in Colorado also have been brought to Washington to help with the normal operation of the park.
