AT&T agreed on Saturday to a deal to buy Time Warner for more than $80 billion, in a deal that still needs to be approved by Washington.

AT&T agreed to buy Time Warner for between $105 and $110 a share, and the deal will likely be announced on Saturday evening, according to published reports.

The deal still needs to be approved by federal regulators, and presidential candidate Donald Trump even criticized it during a speech on Saturday.

Trump said that the deal, first reported by the Wall Street Journal Saturday, wouldn’t be approved under his administration as it concentrates too much power.

The GOP nominee has been relentlessly criticizing the media, which he says is working together against him to elect his opponent Hillary Clinton. Time Warner is the owner of CNN, a frequent target of derision from Trump.
