I was a bit surprised to get this in my inbox, from Republican Governors Association Executive Director Nick Ayers:

“The voters of South Carolina made a clear choice in Nikki Haley, notwithstanding the possibility of a runoff. The outcome is all but certain.”

I wonder how Gresham Barrett feels about that.
