Documents released by the FBI on Monday showed that the agency’s decision not to push for an indictment of Hillary Clinton following its investigation of her private email practices is one of the “greatest miscarriages of justice” in U.S. history, Donald Trump argued at a rally in Wisconsin.

The 100 pages of notes taken by FBI officials during their investigation into Clinton’s unsecured email server revealed that emails under the custody of the State Department mysteriously disappeared and instances in which the agency’s undersecretary for management, Patrick Kennedy, urged investigators to doctor classified markings on certain emails that were to be handed over to the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
