R&B artist Usher visited the White House over the weekend and for a change was on the receiving end of a song, as President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama sang “Happy Birthday” to him. He was also presented with a birthday cake bearing a single candle.
Usher was in D.C. with other artists like Queen Latifah and Smokey Robinson for a taping of PBS’ “In Performance at the White House,” which filmed in the White House’s East Room.
