HUD seek $300,000 reimbursement from Moline

MOLINE, Ill. (AP) — The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development wants the Moline Housing Authority to repay $300,000 found to have been inappropriately used.

The Moline Dispatch reports (http://bit.ly/1lwI9ZZ) HUD’s inspector general conducted an audit of Moline’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program after a citizen complained about lack of oversight and poor administration of the program.
