December 19, 2014: The release date for the yet-to-be named “Despicable Me” spinoff focsues soley on those adorable minions. The minions will make their way to the big screen sooner in the sequel to “Despicable Me,” which will be out July 3, 2013. The spinoff will be shot in 3D.
