Police have identified a suspect in the fatal shooting of a woman who was pushed out of a vehicle in downtown Kensington on Tuesday morning.
Police are looking for Philip Joseph Gilberti, 51, who was last seen wearing a red shirt, dark pants, dark boots and carrying a duffle bag.

He is about 6 feet tall and 250 pounds.
The shooting happened around 9:39 a.m. on Connecticut Avenue at the intersection with Knowles Avenue in Kensington.
Witnesses told police that they saw a man and woman in a green or gray van and that there was some type of commotion. After witnesses heard gunshots, the man pushed the woman out of the car into the street where she died.
Police believe the man and woman may have known each other and that the van was heading southbound on Connecticut Avenue.
