NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A former BP executive charged with obstructing a congressional investigation into the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill has been granted a delay in his arraignment on recently updated charges in the case.
David Rainey’s court appearance, originally set for this week, was re-scheduled for Dec. 3 by a federal magistrate judge in New Orleans on Thursday.
