Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders posed for photos with high school seniors dressed up for their prom in Elizabethtown, Ky., on Saturday.
When asked by a reporter if he remembers his prom, Sanders, 74, replied, “poorly.”
“With bad memories,” Sanders added.
The Vermont senator is participating in a two-day swing through Kentucky this weekend before the state’s Democratic primary on Tuesday.
