President Obama met Prince George, 2, in London.
Photos released by Kensington Palace on Friday show Obama shaking hands with George, who was clad in a robe and pajama pants. According to the White House press pool report, the Obamas arrived around 7:15 p.m., clearly near bedtime.

The prince also showed off his rocking horse, a gift from the Obamas when he was born.

Also present at the palace were George’s parents, the duke and duchess of Cambridge, and Prince Harry.

Earlier in the day, Obama presented George’s great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II with a photo album for her 90th birthday.
