Stormy Daniels’ ex-attorney: Most, but not the ‘whole truth’ is out there

The former attorney for Stormy Daniels who negotiated the $130,000 nondisclosure agreement that blocked the adult film star from discussing her alleged affair with President Trump, says most, but not all of the “whole truth” is out yet.

During an interview on CNN, Keith Davidson was asked why he agreed to an interview.

“You know, there’s been certain things that have been written and said. I’d like the truth to come out. To the extent that I can assist in that endeavor, that’s really why I’m here,” he said.

Asked if the “whole truth” is out yet, he replied: “I don’t believe so. I think most of it. Not the whole truth.”

Davidson, who has also represented another woman accusing Trump of an affair, former Playboy model Karen McDougal, said he believes their stories, despite Trump’s denials.

Stormy Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford, says she allegedly had an extramarital sexual encounter with Trump in 2006 and is now fighting back against the nondisclosure agreement from 2016, arguing that it is invalid because only Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, and not Trump himself, signed it.

Earlier this month, Cohen accused Clifford of violating the nondisclosure agreement 20 times — and argued he should collect at least $20 million in damages as a result.

Clifford is now represented by Michael Avenatti, who told CNN that Davidson should not be speaking to the press about a client who terminated him.

“With that said, obviously all of the facts have yet to be disclosed, as we have been saying for weeks now,” he added.
