Kevin Spacey: President Obama probably has Frank Underwood envy

Actor Kevin Spacey discussed the show “House of Cards” on Sunday on ABC‘s “This Week,” agreeing with George Stephanopoulos that President Obama was likely envious of his ruthless character Frank Underwood.

“I can imagine why he would,” Spacey said, pointing out that the fictional “House of Cards” Congress was actually getting things done.
