Two people were shot outside the Rockville Metro station Friday afternoon, but neither suffered life-threatening injuries, officials said.
A man has been taken into custody for the shooting, which happened about 2:39 p.m., Montgomery County police said.
Both victims — one of them a teenager — were taken to a hospital, according to Metro.
Service on the Red Line has not been slowed by the incident.
