Arlington County officials will shut down I-66 eastbound on Friday afternoon for a “large group” of motorcycles riding through to commemorate Sept. 11.
The eastbound portion of the highway will close from the Beltway to Crystal City from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
An event at 300 Army Navy Drive will follow the procession. Army Navy Drive will be closed for the event, from South Fern Street to South 12th Street.
