[VIDEO] “Look America in the Eye” Showcases President Obama’s Leadership Weakness

Conservative radio show host Tony Katz has produced a video that hammers home the point that true leaders and real men look others in the eye. His video “Look America in the Eye” features average men and women talking about the importance of this non-verbal gesture, and showcases President Obama’s terrible debate performance in which he refused to look Mitt Romney in the eye.

“When I was a kid, my father always tried to instill in me honesty and integrity; when you’re talking to someone, look them in the eye,” said one gentleman in the video. Then a split screen appeared in which Mitt Romney is talking directly to Barack Obama during their first presidential debate, and Obama is seen staring at his notes, not his competitor.

The video continues with another clip of the debate in which Mitt Romney speaks directly to President Obama about the devastating circumstances Americans are facing under his leadership. “Facing 23 million people out of work, rising unemployment, an economic crisis at the kitchen table,” Romney said to Obama in which the Commander-in-Chief is once again, fixated on his podium, not his opponent.

“Look me in the eye when you talk to me,” says another gentleman in the video right after the debate clip played.

President Obama’s lack of leadership is even questioned by an unnamed manager when he looks into the camera and says, “My history in hiring people is that if I were looking for a leader, they would have to look me in the eye.”

The video does a thorough job making viewers think twice about what it means to not only have a record to stand on, but the backbone to look America in the eye and defend it.
