South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley said she would support Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on the floor of the Republican National Convention on Wednesday evening.
The Republican governor initially urged the defeat of Democrat Hillary Clinton without giving a direct answer about her position on the candidate whose rhetoric she has previously criticized. But when pressed by MSNBC on whether she would vote for Trump, Haley said, “of course.”
