DALLAS (AP) — Dallas police have arrested a man accused of killing a passenger in his vehicle while stopped at a gas station, fleeing and then shooting himself.

Police on Monday announced 41-year-old Ranji Charles has been charged with murder and remains hospitalized in critical condition.
