Clinton holding Mark Ruffalo to his nudity pledge

Hillary Clinton isn’t letting actor Mark Ruffalo back out of his reluctant pledge to do a nude scene in his next movie if the American people get out and vote in November.

On Wednesday, Ruffalo appeared in a star-studded campaign video directed by “Avengers” director Joss Whedon urging people to vote in the upcoming election (though presumably not for Donald Trump).

Toward the end of the video, some of the actors involved started promising a Ruffalo nude scene if people rock the vote, an idea that seemed to make Ruffalo nervous.

“They should just vote because it matters, you know? Don’t you think?” Ruffalo said as the likes of Robert Downey Jr. and Scarlett Johansson promised the nude scene will happen if people turn out to vote.

On Thursday night, Clinton responded to Whedon’s video, saying she won’t allow Ruffalo to renege on the promise.

“For the record, I was planning to vote anyway. That said, Mark’s a true patriot, I’m sure he won’t let America down,” the Democratic nominee told People.

Ruffalo himself seemed a little distraught on Twitter over Clinton’s challenge.
