Three Montgomery County men have been arrested for beating a Rockville man and slicing him repeatedly in the head and face with broken glass bottles, according to authorities.
Andres Jose Cortez, 20, and Kevin Reynold Valdez, 19, were arrested on Nov. 8 for the attack four days earlier at a party on the 1400 block of Silo Way in Silver Spring. A 22-year-old Rockville man got into a dispute with a group of people he didn’t know at the party over his beer before the group assaulted him, according to police.
