GAINESVILLE, Va. (AP) — Police are investigating two fatal accidents in the western end of Prince William County.
The first occurred shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday on Lee Highway in Gainesville. Police say a male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and later died at a hospital.
Shortly after 6:30 a.m. in Brentsville, a motorcyclist lost control and struck a tree. The man died at the scene.
