Achievement: Rzepkowski is the newest chairman of the Anne Arundel Republican Central Committee. He has been involved in Anne Arundel politics since 1994, when he was the campaign manager for his brother, Del. Jim Rzepkowski, who was the youngest Republican at the age of 23 to serve in the House of Delegates from District 32 and the first Republican in decades from that district. Alan Rzepkowski replaces Jerry Walker, and Ashley Reed was elected vice chairwoman. The committee meets at 7 p.m. the first Wednesday of every month at the Maryland GOP building, 15 West St., Annapolis.
