Mother, baby jump from carjacked vehicle on Beltway A woman and her 20-month-old baby who were carjacked in Baltimore jumped to escape from the vehicle on the Capital Beltway in the Cabin John area.
The woman, 24, suffered a cut to her head and the baby was uninjured, according to Maryland State Police. Both were treated and released at Suburban Hospital. The carjacking suspect, 22-year-old Terron White, of Baltimore, was taken into custody shortly after the two leapt from the car.
