Nearly four of 10 voters believe Hillary Rodham Clinton is hiding something in her secret email system and larger groups have concerns about national security issues and her role in raising money for Bill Clinton’s foundation while she was secretary of State, according to a new poll.
In the first survey to test Emailgate, Rasmussen Reports found that 39 percent of likely voters believe that Clinton used a private email account to hid things from the government. Another 30 percent said that they don’t believe she is hiding anything and 31 percent are undecided on what she was doing.

Rasmussen also found that 49 percent feel that her use of non-government email raised national security concerns.
And, separately, 57 percent told Rasmussen that they are concerned about the potential for conflict of interest raised by the failure of the Clinton Foundation to get government approval for large donations it received from foreign capitals while she was secretary of State.
