In a blog post, officials at HealthCare.gov said it has implemented “fixes” that are “allowing users to successfully create an account and be able to continue through the application process. We can now process nearly 17,000 account registrants per hour – or five per second – with an error rate near zero.”
But Secrets had no luck on Wednesday. In our fourth week of trying to get onto the Obamacare website, the system kicked us out quicker than ever. Before, Secrets was able to pass through up to four pages in the registration process before being told “system unavailable.” Today, after choosing our state and clicking the “Apply Online” button, this is what came up:

Marilyn Tavenner, the administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which operates Obamacare, on Tuesday apologized on Capitol Hill for the website crashes.
