What: Provided $80,000 in federal stimulus funds from his discretionary fund to build a walkway bridge entering Hamlin, W.Va.
Why it’s an outrage: The bridge would be constructed next to an already existing bridge that has a sidewalk. Town residents are furious because they were kept in the dark about the decision to request the funding and the decision to grant it.
