PHILADELPHIA (Legal Newsline) – A class action lawsuit filed against Ford Motor Company on Jan. 21 alleges that some its vehicles had defects that resulted in the loss of power and other problems.
The suit filed by Eric Nolan Clark cites a breach of warranty and negligent misrepresentation.
