Actress Lauren Holly may want to consider a second career. The star of “NCIS” and “Dumb & Dumber” arrived at Ceviche in Glover Park on Thursday for a Creative Coalition event to kick off the weekend’s festivities.
After standing outside for a few minutes with owner Mauricio Fraga-Rosenfeld, she wound up behind the host stand, greeting patrons as they came in. She joked that when “this acting thing gets old, she would come back” to work for the restaurant.
Also spotted over the weekend:
- Meghan McCain and her posse at a large table at DC Coast on Friday night following the People magazine party at the Park at 14th.
- Pam Anderson at the Willard Hotel Bar on Friday night and at Old Glory in Georgetown on Saturday.
- Rob Lowe taking an afternoon walk in Georgetown on Saturday, before getting his hair blown out at the Four Seasons salon.
- Rosario Dawson partying at Fly Lounge in the wee hours of Saturday night/Sunday morning.
- Ben Affleck holding court at Fahrenheit at Georgetown’s Ritz Carlton for a long, long lunch Saturday.
- Johnny Knoxville shooting pool at Bedrock Billiards in Adams Morgan on Friday night.
- Bloomberg guests and other VIPs gathered at Cafe Milano’s private room for a special briefing by the Obama campaign’s Greg Craig and the Clinton campaign’s Terry McAuliffe. Guests included Tracy Ullman (who brought the room down with a mean Arianna Huffington impersonation: “Blogs and kisses to everyone …”), Richard Schiff, Tim Daly, Robin Bronk, Bruce Wagner, Tammy Haddad, Betsy Fischer, Lawrence O’Donnell, Margaret Carlson, Al Hunt, and Dan and Rhoda Glickman.
