A video posted to Twitter Friday shows a protester emerging from a Donald Trump campaign rally covered in blood while being escorted by police to an on-site ambulance.

The 12-second video, captured by MSNBC reporter Trymaine Lee, was posted just minutes after the man was ejected from the Republican presidential front-runner’s rally in St. Louis, Mo. after he interrupted the billionaire and tussled with security officers.

“Man, I can’t breathe,” the bloodied man, who identifies himself as Anthony Cage, says to a reporter in the video. “I can’t even f–king breathe.”

Cage was one of nearly a dozen hecklers who interrupted Trump’s remarks Friday, though most cooperated with police upon being asked to leave the rally.

The video is hot on the heels of an onslaught of criticism over Trump’s dismissal of what appears to be a pattern of violence occurring at his campaign rallies.
