President Joe Biden is delivering an address before European leaders about the United States’s continued support for Ukraine and other global challenges.
Biden is scheduled to speak at 12:45 p.m. Eastern time in Vilnius, Lithuania, shortly after holding a bilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Biden’s speech follows the NATO summit, where Sweden appears on track to be invited as the 32nd member of the alliance, but Ukraine does not have a timetable to join the organization. Despite the lack of a timeline for Ukraine causing frustration for Zelensky, the alliance has reaffirmed support for the country in its war against Russia.
