A police officer in Mississippi was suspended with pay after released footage showed him kneeling on a man’s back while issuing an arrest.
Officer Eddie Colbert of the Vicksburg police was caught on camera Sunday kneeling on a John Dolley’s back after authorities were called to the scene of a downtown disturbance.
