Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., drew boos, scorn and ridicule on Friday for delivering what many considered a lengthy speech that delayed President-elect Trump’s swearing in.
As Schumer spoke, the crowd booed and yelled “drain the swamp!”

Former Rep. Tim Huelskamp, R-Kan., accused Schumer of filibustering the event.

Republican groups and others blasted Schumer on Twitter, and called for him to leave the stage.
