All people in the United States could have access to a coronavirus vaccine by March or April, according to Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar.

“We believe by the end of [2020], we would have enough FDA-authorized vaccine to vaccinate our most vulnerable people,” Azar said Thursday on CBS This Morning. “By the end [of] January, [we’ll have] enough vaccine for all of our seniors, as well our healthcare workers and first responders, and, by the end of March to early April, enough for all Americans.”
